Unfortunately, Oz, while able to crack the radio encryption, is unable
to get into the Borg's internal systems.

The Borg, however, seems to waver. He clearly was expecting combat,
not talk. He too holds his position and looks at Oz with his steely
mechanical eyes. A full conversion borg is a very disconcerting thing,
even to those who have seen many in their time.

"And you speak for the King?" the Borg asks in a thick Euro accent. "I
have committed many crimes. Will there be... amnesty?"
