Lawyer for Russian Programmer Wants Case Dropped

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - The defense lawyer for a Russian
software programmer accused of violating a controversial U.S. digital
copyright law said on Wednesday he was talking to prosecutors about
dropping the case and would ask for a delay in his client's arraignment.
